Can the abuse of drugs hurt a pregnant women's baby, and if so, can it cause the child's brain to also produce excess dopamine?

Answer
Yes Drug abuse can hurt an unborn child and the damage can be almost anything. It can cause blindness,stillborn,deafness,organs to not develop all the way and sometimes not at all, just to name a few. It will cause damage for the rest of their lives because later on you are risking mental health and developmental complications.
It is hard to say what the child will develop or suffer from.
