Addiction to Drugs/ocd/

Question
Hello.
I came across your post on the uncommon forum website.
I have been a big drinker for 14 years and I fear I may have
Hypoglycemia. My anxiety is terrible and it seem to have got worse lately. How long does it take to get your body to get back to normal if you have Hypoglycemia? Do you know of anyone in the uk I could contact for a test or advice?
Thanks
Chris

Answer
Hi chris,

I understand how you feel. Some people get better in three months going on a hypoglycemic diet, but some others take much longer. It all depends on the severity of the addiction.

You can test yourself with the

The Nutrition-Behavior Inventory Questionnaire (NBI) at:

I don't know of any doctors in the UK, but I am sure there are Nutritional Doctors in the UK.
