Subject: Adding photos to adobe forms

Question
I'm sending out a fillable form for parents to fill out and send back. I'd also like for them to attach a picture to the form. Is there a way for them to do that, preferably as uncomplicated as possible. Thanks.

Hi Kate,

I know of no way to accomplish this in Acrobat, the primary funtion of forms is to deal with data not pictures.

Adobe has other products such as Designer or LiveCycle Designer which may accomplish this.

Your best bet may be to just have a text box with instructions on how to send in pictures.
