Question
On this issue it just run thru process but will not create the pdf

Answer
Hi JJ,

What software are you using to create the pdf? i.e. - Adobe Indesign, Quark Xpress, Microsoft Word or Publisher.

It sounds to me that the file is corrupt. This can happen for many reasons - from the fonts being bad or not loaded to eps files having incomplete previews.

Check all your fonts and images in the document. Check that the fonts you are using are not system fonts only. System fonts usually can not be embedded and will not allow you to print or create a pdf.

If all is ok, try resaving the document before creating the pdf.

Thanks,

Ken Black
