Adobe Acrobat - PDF files

Expert: Glen Demers - 8/26/2008

Question
I created a document in the Adobe Designer, I open in Adobe Professional and the Advanced Edit tools are grayed out.  I want to add a hyperlink to the text.  Why is this happening?

Answer
Hi Donna,

Designer creates a different type of pdf than the postscript pdf created by distiller. You must add your hyerlinks and do any editing in Designer.

Hope this helps,
Glen Demers
