Question
When I use Adobe reader to view a PDF file, the reader does not close when I colse the file.
What I mean is this: After a session with Adobe Reader, when I turn off the computer, I get a message saying that windows hase to close Adobe Reader. Why dosent it close when I close the file. If I look in the task manager, there is no program running.
Thank you.

Answer
Hi Jim,

First you may need to Quit the application. The app does not automatically quit when you close a document. If there is not an application running, then I believe there is something wrong in your system of which I can be of no help.

Thanks,
