Question
QUESTION: I have edited my document and would like to view/print them with the changes.  How do I do that?

Thanks you,

ANSWER: Hi Vicki,

Are you referring to comments/document mark-ups?

If yes, in the print dialog under the menu Comments and Forms, choose Document and Markups. This will print out any markups/comments you have added to the pdf.

Thanks,

QUESTION: Ken

I don't seem to have the menus you describe.  I am using 7.0 Professional.  Perhaps, I should upgrade.

Thank you for your assistance.

Vicki

Answer
Acrobat 7 Print Dialog
Acrobat 7 Print Dialog
This example image is from Acrobat 7. It is the print dialog window as it looks on a Mac. The Windows window is fairly similar.

Also note that the "Notes" which are popups in Acrobat, do not print, while other markups such as highlights, underlines, callouts etc. do print.

Thanks,

Ken Black
