Question
Hi - I have a table of contents in excel that I would like to create hyperlinks FROM - connecting to an exact bookmark in adobe.  this way a person in the TOC can go right to the document (in adobe) page and reference the document.  Is this possible and if so, how do I do it?  Thanks very much.

Answer
Hi Holly,

Are you trying to link from the excel document to a pdf document or are you asking if the TOC within the pdf file can jump you to other areas of the pdf?

Yes you can create links or bookmarks on the TOC page of a pdf that will jump you to specific points within a pdf document.

I am not aware of anything that will allow you to link from the excel document to the pdf. That is not to say there isn't a way, It is just not my expertise.

Let me know if you are trying to create links within a pdf and I can help.

Thanks,

Ken Black
