Hi,
I have two separate pdf files that were created by combining lists of buyers and sellers. How do I search both the buyer and seller lists/pdf files  to obtain matching buyer and seller zipcodes or city names... How can this search be automated to run daily or multiple times per day... Thx

Hi John,

I have been unable to find a solution to what you are attempting to do through Acrobat itself, as it lacks the ability to do customized searches and saves such as this.

I did however find an application that may have the ability to perform this task, it is called PowerGREP and allows you to create customized searches of this type.

I do not know anything about this software other than what I have seen on their website, here is a link to their site:

You might try this or search the web for a different plug-in or script that may be added to Acrobat to add this capability.
