Question
I read AllExperts search re: Adobe Acrobat.  I don't believe I have it on my new computer and I want to print in black ink only to save the color ink and because it's easier to read than the lighter colors..  I don't know how to set up my "page/s" on the desktop to be in black only.  I have Windows 2007.  Any help appreciated.  Thank you.

Answer
Hi Sharon,

I am not sure what you have or do not have on your computer. I assume you have something that allows you to view pdf files if that is what you are trying to print. Really, just about any application has print settings that you can change. You need to look at the dialog boxes that open when you go to print your pages and find the setting that controls whether you print in color or black and white. When you print the document you need to specify that you want it to print in black and white in the print settings, no matter what the application.

If you could be more specific with what application and document type you are using I could better help you.

Thanks,
