Question
Does Adobe Acrobat 9 AND  also Adobe Reader 9 work with Windows 7?  I'm getting conflicting answers from Adobe. The first person said no.  Their online site does not mention it in compatibility.  Yet, another person at Adobe today said Adobe 8 does not work with Windows 7 but 9 will.   I'm buying a new HP computer that has Windows 7 and Adobe READER 8.  HP will not offer to put in the 9 and they don't know the answer.  So, again, I'm wanting to  know if the ACROBAT 9  and the ADOBE 8 and/or 9 work with Windows 7.  I hope this all makes sense!  Thanks

Answer
Hi Don,

From my own personal experience, Acrobat 9 and also Reader 9 work with Windows 7. I am running an HP laptop with Intel Core 2 Duo processor. I haven't noticed any issues of any kind.

That isn't to say that there might not be issues with Windows 7 and other chips like the i5 or i7 or even AMD processors.

Thanks,
