Adobe Acrobat/Deactivation of Adobe Professional 9

Question
Hi Ken,

I have to wipe a computer and reinstall Adobe Professional 9.  Before doing this, I need to deactivate Adobe Professional 9.  Where do I deactivate it?  I looked in HELP but do not see deactivate in the submenu. What am I overlooking?

Answer
The installation is either part of one of the Creative Suites and you will need to deactivate from one of the other applications, or your serial number is part of a volume group of numbers and deactivation is not necessary. That is the info from Adobe.

You may also be having an issue with the installation itself, try clicking the fix installation item under the help menu.

Thanks,

Ken Black
