Question
I make up a page in Quarkexpress 5 and PDF it using
ACROBAT 5 (Distiller). I send the pdf to my client using
MAIL in Mac OSX.

One of my clients receives 1/2 of the pdf legibly and the
other half is a solid black in Acrobat READER. All other
clients do not have this problem. Any suggestions?

Dick

Answer
Hi there --

Since only one of your clients seems to be experiencing this problem, I would attribute it to one of two things -- either they're having a problem with their computer (maybe not enough RAM to display the file properly?) or they need to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Reader.
