Question
Which software can I use for printing Merriam-Webster Dictionary Pronunciation Symbols in a book I'm trying to write? I already made a version of the book but I had to glue on the symbols and the finish was far from perfect. I want the program (software) to provide me with the originals (that contain these symbols that I use under permit) from which I can reproduce the pages that form the book. The software should also provide the lines that serve as guides to cut the pages. I'm looking for the cheapest software (besause of limited funds)without compromising quality (perfection in job done). I don't know the program (software) that was used to make the version that I have, but they didn't have those symbols (Merriam-Webster Pronunciation Symbols). I'm trying to improve on this version. In other words I need software that allows me to write a book that contains Merriam-Webster Pronunciation Symbols.

Answer
Do you mean the phonetic symbols?  You can find those symbols in any word-processing program like Microsoft Word, for example.  In a Word document, put the cursor where you want the symbol to go, and go to EDIT>INSERT SYMBOL>and then pick the symbol you want.  Click on INSERT and CLOSE.  Voila -- you're done!
