Adobe Acrobat - acrobat 4.0

Expert: Carol Ott - 5/23/2003

Question
is this the same as arobat reader 4.0-  anyway i have downloaded my photos into word and saved them as a word .doc file in word XP.  I need to change the format to a PDF file so that i can take disc to have them printed since my printer is old and not doing such a great job.  I also have Adobe Photoshop 6.0; windows 98 Paint program.  if i cannot do this how do i convert the word doc to .jpg or .jpeg file.  Thank you so much

Answer
Hi there --

Acrobat Reader is part of the whole Adobe Acrobat package.  To convert a Word file to PDF, you'll need the full Acrobat software that contains Distiller and PDF Maker -- one of those will convert anything to PDF.

You can't convert a Word document to a JPG -- apples and oranges here.

Carol
