How to make the answer changes when the correct answer changes. If current answer is B and the correct one will become D. Is there a way in FM?

Answer AS far as I know - there is no way of doing this directly in Framemaker.
You might be able to do it with Structured Framemaker, or
if you design your exam in Framemaker, convert to pdf and then use pdf to make it a form that will display the answers.
If you do it in pdf - then you will need to have Adobe Standard or Professional or one of the aftermarket pdf creaters.
If you decide on trying it with pdf you might check you www.planetpdf.com.
