Question hi, i just feel lucky that i have sombody to help me out thanks to you a lot. i will joining a company in which i have to update the company manuals in adobe frame maker and i am not aware anything about it.and whats the difference between adobe framemaker and adobe frame reader . it would be a great help if u could just help me out. my interview is tomorrow so i would be expecting ur email today thanx alot
Answer Framemaker is the "full blown" product - sort of like Acrobat Exchange Professional.
FrameReader is like Acrobat Reader - it allows the user to view Framemaker files without have to have the "Full" version of Framemaker. It is a "Read" only program.
It was orginally distributed with FrameMaker 5.0. I am not sure if it is still being distributed or not. You might still be able to download Reader from the Adobe Web Site. I think you can download a "Trial" Version of Framemaker from the Adobe Web Site.
