Adobe Framemaker - Table design: How to specify the paragraph tag for the Table Title

Expert: Neal Ziring - 7/14/2008

Question
I am very experienced with Frame, but this is stumping me.

I am configuring a new set of templates. All tables will have Title Position above table in the Table definition.

In the existing templates at my new company, the paragraph tag for the Title seems to be fixed as Table Caption. I want the automatically inserted Table title to be a new para tag I created called TableTitle.

Hope you can help.

Answer
Roseanne,

This is a tricky one, and I don't have a copy of Framemaker
in front of me at this moment to try it.

My recollection is that you have to change this by modifying
content of reference pages.

That's all I can remember right now, sorry.  I'll try to
check it on Framemaker 7 and write back if I find out
anything.
