Question
Can we install Framemaker 9 along side Framemaker 8 or does it uninstall all previous versions?

Answer
Cathy - I cannot answer directly about Framemaker 9, but I have run Frame 6 and 7 together on the same computer.
I would do the following:
When you install Frame 9 - I would make sure it goes into a different folder then the default which would be something like the following:
C:\programs\Adobe\Frame.
I would do something like:
C:\programs\Framemaker9.
If you have any kind of a restore program - then I would set some type of restore point.
The worst case would be you would have to uninstall both progams and reinstall the Frame version you want to use.
The only thing you "might" have a problem with is Adobe Acrobat working correctly with both versions, but again I didn't have any problem when I installed Frame 6 and 7 on the same computer.
