Question
Is there an easy way to change a FrameMaker file which has 1 table per page (portrait)to two tables per page when they will fit instead of going through every other page and removing the pagination manually?
John - If I understand your question you want to have 2 text columns to fit the table into.
Go to the Menu Bar and Select PAGE LAYOUT - COLUMN LAYOUT.
In the Box under Columns - in the NUMBER Box enter the number of columns you want.
If you enter 2 then you will have 2 columns on each page.

I have no expertise in Structured Framemaker, (i.e. XML or SGML).

Primarily writing to Aviation ATA spec 100. Currently responsible for maintaining all company published maintenance documents in Framemaker and PDF and making them accessible through the company intranet.
