Question Hi, I have FM 7.1p116 on a Windows XP platform. FM regularly crashes (Internal Error 7104, 6063074, 7693891, 0) while performing a find/replace action. I have not found any patches/fixes for this on Adobe site. Any suggestions?
but I don't know if it is exactly the same issue you are
experiencing, but it is almost certainly related. Their
suggestion is to upgrade to 7.2, which would be great but
might not be feasible for you.
As a workaround, I'd suggestion not using the find/replace
across book files feature EVER. My understanding is that
if you use that feature even once, you hose some internal
pointers and then all subsequent find/replace operations
will be risky.
If you are getting this error even without doing anything
with Books, then I don't know what the cause could be. You
might try avoiding opening any books, and seeing whether the
issue still occurs.
That's all I can think of right now. Sorry I can't be
any more helpful...
