QUESTION: Hi, We can't print illustrator CS2 files to our new hp 4700n printer. We can
print any other type of file to the printer. I can print illustrator 10 files. Why is
it we can't print CS2 files?

Hi Stephanie,

Two things you can do. One if you are on OSX, make sure you have run all updates to the system software and from HP. Thats the easy part.

Next HP has this recommendation:

From the Finder's Go menu, choose Go to Folder .
Go to this folder: /Library/Printers/PPD Plugins/
Remove the file XeroxAccounting.plugin .

Both of these should fix the issue of conflicting or outdated PPDs.
