Adobe Illustrator/can't print illustration

Question
Hi, Kevin
I cannot print adobe file saved in my laptop.
EXCEPT Adobe, printing other file is fine.
Could you let me know which problem.
My adobe is cs3

Hi Sunny,

If the only thing showing up in your print window is Adobe PDF Printer, then you need to load your printer descriptions on to your laptop (or reload them). You always need to load printer PPDs after you install apps so they go into the app's supporting files.
