QuestionCan I make arrows like in Corel Draw. Not just arrow heads, but actual arrows.
AnswerHi Mike,
I don't know anything about how Corel Draw creates arrows? I never use it so I'm going to tell you how to use Illustrator to create arrows.
In Illustrator, you have to draw the line first then add the arrowhead by selecting "Effect>Stylize>Add Arrowheads" from the top menu. The "Add Arrowheads" option will open and there you will able to control how your arrow looks like. Choose the shape of the tip and tail of your arrow and control the size of the arrowhead in the "Scale" option.
You can also select "Windows>Brush Libraries>Arrows" from the top menu. There you'll find many arrows that you can use by either dragging them into your artwork or by selecting your line and clicking on one of the arrow brushes.
Please let me know if you have any other question or if you need any further assistance regarding the same question.
Best regards,
Laith
