Hi Kevin, We recently purchased CS4 design pack for my PC. I had to un-install the whole thing because I didn't have enough processor to run the new Illustrator. I currently use CS2 which runs great, except now I try to print and I get the error message that tells me: "can't print illustration". I work for a screenprinter for t-shirts. I design and color seperate onto film using Illustrator and a Xante Screenwriter3. I didn't have any printing problems until I tried to upgrade. Is the a fix to this?

Hi Evan,

You will need to uninstall everything (including cs2) and then run this cleanup script and reinstall just CS2. You may also need to reinstall you Xante print drivers after the reinstall as well. Uninstalls leave snippets behind that conflict with new installs or older software left behind.
