Question
Thanks for your answer. I did re-download the printer drivers, and I still don't have the normal printing settings. I remember doing this at a different time, and I didn't have any problems. I just can't think what's causing the problem. Thanks again for your help
Hi Sisi,
If you are talking about the presets that you get in the print window (ie you choose a tabloid setting it changes everything to the setup you want), that is a print preset that you will have to set up and resave. When you reinstalled your apps and HD, it overwrote your presets folder. You can also set up your default in this manner as well.
If you are talking about just the page sizes, etc. they should show up when the printer is chosen.
