Question
Is there a way in Illustrator to create outlines/inlines to a messurement?..
ex. i have a circle an want to put a 50mm outline an a 10mm inline?

Hi Myf,

If you use the stroke palette in conjunction with the appearance palette, you can have two strokes on the same object. Start by adding your 50 mm outline by typing in 50mm in the stroke palette and selecting the outside alignment button.

Then open your appearance palette. When you have the circle selected, you will see the stroke and fill listed. Select the stroke and click the duplicate selected item button at the bottom of the palette. This will duplicate the 50 mm outside stroke. Then go to the stroke palette again and choose 10mm inset alignment.

You will have two strokes on one item.
