Question
I want to distribute shapes along a path. Specifically rectangular shapes around a circle shaped path. Any ideas?

Answer
Hi Jonathan,

You will have to create a pattern brush using a square shape. Create the square, and then drag it into the symbols palette. Then go to your brushes palette, and select create new brush. Select pattern brush, and in that window, select your square symbol for all the sides, corners, etc.

After you are finished, create your circle and apply that brush to the path.

Viola! Squares around a circle!

Thanks
