Question
When I open my CS files in my new CS2 software the colours are totally
different. Where do I begin to fix this problem. They  even print differently.
To get around the issue I'm saving back to CS and then printing from there.

Answer
Hi Abbey,

This is an issue with Color Management. If you have the entire creative suite for both, you should go to Bridge and then go under Edit>Creative Suite Color Settings. The normal setting is N.A. General Purpose 2. This will give you consistent color between applications. Be sure to run this on both. If you only have Illustrator, just go to Edit>Color Settings and choose that option on both CS and CS2.

This should solve your color issues. Be sure to not change any settings individually.

Thanks

Kevin
