Question
hello,

i appreciate your help, im currently trying to print biz cards that i created in illustrator. i put a white bkgd layer so it would look white but it just wont print the white. all the other bkgd color printed ok. do u think u can help me?

Answer
Pureline,
Try checking the attributes panel while the white background object is selected and make sure that the overprint option is not selected,
Try checking the transparency panel while the white background object is selected and make sure that the setting is normal and not set to multiple or darken and that the opacity for the object is 100;
Check the layer options for the layer that contains the white background object and make sure that print option is checked.

Hope this helps

Good Luck
