Hi there,

   Since morning all our Macs whether G5 or MacPro having same issue. Whenever we try to print from Illustrator CS, none of the printers are showing up in the printer list except for "Adobe Postscript file". Whereas for other softwares all the printers are appearing properly.

I am not very experienced in troubleshooting and followed below given steps but problem not rectified.
1) Deleted Illustrator preferences
2) Changed the profile
3) Tried a newly setup machine

  With CS2 and CS3 Illustrator printers are appearing properly. I would be greatful if you could help me in fixing this problem.

Hi Ejaz,

Did you do a full preference reset?
That is, with Illustrator NOT running, move the entire CS Settings folder to the desktop or elsewhere.

It's been awhile since I had to troubleshoot a mac printing issue. I found this on the adobe forums:

Going into the system preferences on your mac and selecting print and fax and then changing the selected printer in dialog box option from last printer used to anything else seems to help.

OTher than that, you tried everything I would have tried.
