Adobe Illustrator/copyright, and registered trademark symbols

Question
I am trying to find and use these two symbols in AI CS3. I have looked through
all the symbol libraries and the glyphs. Is there another way to get these
symbols without having to create them from scratch?

Hi Gina,

Most fonts carry these as a alternate keystroke. It is option/alt - G for Copyright ©,  option/alt- 2 for Trademark™, and option/alt - R for registered trademark ®.

My big complaint about glyphs palettes compared to keyfinders is that it does not show a keystroke if available for certain glyphs.

Oh well - lets hope CS4 does better.
