Question
I just purchased illustrator 5.0 on ebay with out paying attention to the version. I am currently running a Mac OSX Leopard. Can I use this software or is it too ancient? Is it possible to upgrade to say 10 or higher? or am I just out of luck.
Hi Derome,
You have just purchased a very expensive paperweight. Illustrator 5 will not run on Mac OSX leopard and does not even qualify for upgrades.
Sorry and hopefully you can return the software. My recommendation is to purchase from a reputable online store, not eBay.
