Question
I would like to know how to take a large graphic .ai image  and turn it into a jpeg so I can add it to another .ai file and the file not be so large.

Hi dnice,

All you have to do is go under file>export and choose the jpeg option. Be aware though that you are turning your file into a raster image so choosing your quality is key. You will not be able to enlarge the image without degradation.
