Question
I wouldn't think this problem would be so hard to fix, but I've sent hours on it. When I print, part of the doc.  it is cut off around the edges of the page. How do I make it printan entire page. Please Help:(

Answer
Hi Joe,

That's pretty easy, here's how:

1 - Make sure you have selected the proper print/paper size and printer.
Do this by selecting File > Print, making your selections, and clicking DONE.

2 - Display your page tiling (View > Show Page Tiling)

Most likely, you will see a light gray line the shape of your print area somewhere on/around your artboard.

3 - If you double-click on the little page tool in the tool palette, that gray area will auto-center on your artboard.

If you don't see the page tool right away, it could be hidden under the hand tool at the bottom of the palette.

Let me know if this helps you!

I can help troubleshoot your Illustrator 9 through CS3 (and most CS4) problems and suggest the best way to get the results you need. Although I can help with some installation issues, my forte is prepress and how to use the tools and functions in the application itself.
