Subject: Adobe illustrator cs3
Question
My Illustrator will not open on startup i get this message
Error Signature
AppName: illustrator.exe AppVer: 13.0.128.0 ModName: quicktime.qts
ModVer: 7.4.1.14 Offset: 000984f
And then it will not open, i have tried this on two machines and exactly the same error.

Hi Adam.
Try uninstalling Quicktime.
There are a few posts about this at adobe.com and other boards... and while there is no fix for it as far as I know, uninstalling QT seems to solve the problem temporarily.
If you absolutely need QT on your machine, you're going to have to install it as needed.
I know this isn't a great answer but it's all that I personally know how to do.
I'd also try installing older versions of QT after removing the current version.
