Question
I cannot resize text boxes and I don't know why.  I can move them but once they are created they cannot be resized.  I should be able to grab the corner or sides and enlarge or shrink but I can't.  I don't know if there is some preference feature button that needs to be clicked.  I have gone through all the preferences and helps and don't know what to do.  Please help.

Answer
Hi Nathan,

You need to click and drag out an area type or "text box" using the type tool not just click and start to type. Clicking and typing does not automatically create a "text box" just single lines of text, even with returns.

Try this and you should be able to resize your box.

Thanks
