Question
Kevin: I have a Xerox phaser 7760 dx, I tried to print from illustrator but canīt override the printing margins, I want them at the minimum so that I can print the most of the page, can you help me growing the print area?

Thanks,

Jorge

Answer
Hi Jorge,

The only way to enlarge your printing area is to fake a page size under the print window. So if you are printing to a letter size page, set it up in the print window for a page size of tabloid or create a custom page size 1/2" larger on all margins. I would recommend the latter, since printing on "tabloid" will force you to adjust your print to output properly with the 1/2" extra, you can just center the print.

Thanks

Kevin
