Question
Hi my CS2 illustrator keeps crashing when I try to open the program. Should I
delete the preferences folder? My iphoto was doing the same thing when I
tried to open it. Please help. Thanks a lot
Hi Charlotte,
Try resetting the preferences for Illustrator. Hold down Shift+Ctrl+Opt+Apple as soon as you click the icon to startup. It will ask you to reset to default preferences. Click ok and see if it starts up.
If that doesn't work, I need to know more about your set up. What kind of mac, how much RAM, what version of Mac OS, etc. before I can help more.
