Adobe Illustrator/Bounding Box Resizing Issue

Question
I just sent you an email about a bounding box issue, but I already found the answer - the hotkey is the letter "e". No idea what it's supposed to do. But thanks anyway ...

Answer
Hi Jen,

"E" is the hotkey for the free transform tool which really doesn't solve your underlying issue. If you are selecting an object and you do have the show bounding box turned on, it should allow you to resize without using the free transform tool. Thats the whole purpose of a bounding box.

Let me know if you still cant resize without using that tool.
