Question
Hi Kevin,

I need some direction.  My boss asked me to put 4 different files from AI CS2
into one pdf so he can email it to customers.  Therefore the pdf file size needs
to me small but the individual 4 files are around 100MB's each.  How do I
shrink those all down and put them into one PDF file?   PS. I use a Mac and
don't have Adobe Professional Acrobat, just Reader.

Thanks SO much in advance.

Answer
Hi Matthew,

You can save these as PDFs from AI CS2 using the "smallest file size" preset. This will keep them small, but be aware they will be screen resolution only, not print. You will need to get Acrobat Pro to combine them into one document however. Reader will not do that.

Thanks

Kevin
