Question
How do I save an illustrator text and image file in a format that I can import to
Quark express with image and line definition. When the illustrator file is
completed I would like to know that it is easily created as a PDF file.

Answer
Hi Alan,

You can save this out as an Illustrator eps format (File>Save As). That will come in as a hi-res graphic in Quark.

To save this as an eps, go to file save, choose Adobe PDF and use the presets to save this as either a screen res pdf or press quality.

Thanks
