However with other Applications like MS Word/Powerpoint/Photoshop it's working fine. Will really appreciate if u can share some good idea to resolve the Issue.

AnswerHi Niranjan,
Arial will work fine with Microsoft applications and Photoshop because they'll fake the font and create the Italic and Bold versions for you. The best thing to do is look into your fonts’ folder and see if you have all Arial styles. You should have a file for each one. I will give you the steps to solve the issue on one computer and then you can follow the same steps to fix the 2nd one.
The following steps goal is to collect a full set of Arial and place them in the "fonts" folder inside Adobe Illustrator application folder. Here are the steps:
1. Click the "Start" button
2. Click "Settings> Control Panel"
3. Double click "Fonts"
4. Look for "Arial, Arial Italic, Arial Bold and Arial Bold Italic"
5. Copy and paste them in a new folder on the desktop. If some are missing check the other computer following the above steps and copy the ones that are missing to computer 1 (use a jump drive (USB Flash Drive) or simply email them to yourself and open your email on computer 1).
6. If you still can’t collect all 4 files (listed in step 4) then you need to copy them from someone else computer.
7. Once you have saved all the files in a folder on your desktop, copy the files and paste them inside Illustrator “fonts” folder at:
C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Illustrator CS3Support FilesRequiredFonts
8. Quit Illustrator (if it’s open) and start it to make sure it sees the fonts you just saved in its fonts’ folder.
Saving the fonts inside Illustrator fonts’ folder usually fix any issues with fonts not showing up in Illustrator.
Please send me a follow up if you still have issues with your fonts.
