Adobe Illustrator/Line in Printing

Question
I have illustrator cs3 and I am building a brochure for our company. When I print the front page has a black line in a box I created with the pen tool and filled in with color. The line does not show up on the art board at all! any ideas?

Hi Paul,

Try flipping the whole image upside down and seeing if that prints the same way. If it doesn't its your printer. If it does, go to outline view (Ctrl+Y or View>outline) and see if there is something there that you didn't notice.
