how do i change a black and white photo or logo to color in illustrator?

Hi Brenda,

If this is a vector object already, its just a matter of selecting the object and choosing a color from the swatches palette. If this is a bitmap/raster image in Illustrator, you will need to convert it to vector by either tracing it or using Live Trace (avail. in CS2-4).
