Question
Hi Richard, I have mac cs3 ai. files that my colleagues in china who are on xp cannot 0pen, they have cs3 for pc of course. they also cannot open mac eps or pdf's. HELP!

Hi Darren,
This may actually be a mail problem. I encounter this same problem a bit when sending files from mac to pc. I think it occurs when an attachment is dragged into mail.app. Try zipping your attachments first.
If that does not work I suggest you save it as a pdf and see if they can open that in their version of illustrator. Just remind them to release the main clipping mask before they edit it so they can select objects.
