Hi - I am brand new (2 hours experience) to Illustrator and have a deadline - I have created a logo for my school - it is blue and gold - I am needing to put the logo on navy TShirts so need to change the colors of everything I created (art and letters) to white, and then I would like to change the background to navy so I can see how it will look on the TShirts - is there a VERY simple way to do this - please keep in mind I am very new to this program, but need to have the art to the printer in the morning - tghank you for your help!

There are a few ways to do this and it is kind of simple but you would need a tiny bit more experience than 2 hours. If you need this for tomorrow morning. You can email me the file and I'll change it for you and email it back. I will then send the instructions of what I did to change it so you will know for next time.
