Hi!
I've been starting to work with Illustrator recently and have a question for you.
I write a name whit the text tool and then create outlines of it. And then I use the offset path to make the outline on it, but when I do that I get an outline around every letter, I just want one path around the whole name. Why? Just because it would be much easier to work with. Do you think you can help me?

Hello Anders,

Here's what I think you're looking for.
After you create outlines and use offset path, open your pathfinder window. With the object still selected you will see in the Pathfinder window Shape modes and Pathfinders. Under Pathfinders click the third from the left (Merge).
