QUESTION: I guess the area is called the "scratch area"...can I change that somehow?

Answer
Hi Joel,

You cannot change the scratch area (the area outside of your document). Again, the only way to continue is to increase the live area (document size) to include your image. You are limited to a 227" square max size (including document and scratch area). If your image is larger than this, you will need to reduce it in another program first.

Thanks

Kevin

Joel,

Im a little confused as to what your comment on timeliness has to do with this service. I answered your questions as soon as they were received. Really don't appreciate the low score at all. It reflects poorly on me as an expert.
