Adobe Illustrator/Object Selection Colour

Question
hi kevin,

Platform: PC
Illustrator Version: CS2

This may seem like a really stupid question. How do you change the Selection Colour of an Object/Shape, when i'm selecting it?

Currently, it is YELLOW. i somehow do not remember it being yellow since i last used it extensively. It makes the anchor points really hard to see because the screen is bright. It's slowing down my work process as i have trouble seeing and selecting the anchor points. Is there a way to change this colour?

Thank you for your help!

Answer
Hi Macrae,

In the layers palette, double click the layer you are currently on. This will bring up the layers option dialogue box. Choose a new layer color and the points/outlines will change with it. I agree yellow, black, gray and white should not be allowed as colors.

Thanks

Kevin
